What will it take? (Prose Poem with audio.) *Rise

Take stock of your life. Write down your bucket list.

Looking back, what do you see? Dreams fulfilled or plans incomplete?

Did you have the guts to bet, or did you get cold feet?

Are you shutting the door on your dreams again or putting them on hold?

Will you stop licking your wounds and get to work?

What will it take for you to see?

It’s time to turn a new leaf.

What’s scaring you? That you’ll fail or that you’ll succeed?

How many more years will you let go down the drain?

Will you plead guilty or bury your head in the sand?

What’s your status now? Drained or thrilled?

What will it take for you to believe?

“Life is like a ten-speed bicycle—most of us have gears we never use.”

How long have you been putting the brakes on your dreams?

It’s time to find the missing link and set the wheels in motion.

Will you go the extra mile this time?

What will it take for you to get your ideas off the ground and dream?

Have you ever asked yourself these questions? Do they hit home?

How often have you been on this downward spiral, stuck in this black hole?

Will you act or keep cowering from the elephant in the room?

Life can change at the eleventh hour. Do you want to be a flash in the pan or the cream of the crop?

What will it take for you to grab the bull by the horns?

Finding the answers should be your goal, so get started.

Put your best foot forward. Life is about to change for better and for good.

If you put your heart into it, you’ll be ready to make a move.

Make a beeline to acting on your dreams. You can have that cake and eat it too.

Do you finally see what it takes to get what you want?

You can weather the storm now and set yourself free.

It doesn’t matter what the critics say; you’ve developed a thick skin.

You have amassed the lessons despite the defeats.

Life won’t make it easy on you, but now you have what it takes: guts and belief.

Don’t leave without going after your biggest dream.

When facing the hardest battle, don’t give up. Resist.

It may take a while, but you’ll succeed!
